Mix the clay in equal amounts of apple cider vinegar or water. Use a non-metallic container. Mix thoroughly until a smooth paste is obtained. Apply to skin or area to be treated.

Sensitive skin allow to dry for 5-10 minutes.

Normal skin leave to dry for 15-20 minutes.

Rinse with warm water. Use 1-2 times per week.

Slight redness may appear after removing the clay, this is normal and will disappear in about 30 minutes.
